enjoyable experience during winter time. fairly clean apartment with convenient location not far from a supermarket that is open all day, the central bus station, supermarket and mcdonald's and centre. location on the mentioned avenue. nearby caffe bar daloro is a plus. extremely helpful staff, no complaints. stylish and good sized rooms with leftover long hair from previous guests in the drawer under the sink, the drawer under the sink, for instance.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room itself was comfortable and well-decorated. The location was convenient, with the beach and old town within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me with recommendations and directions.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The room at Guverna New City Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for my stay. The location was convenient, just a short 5-minute walk to the bus terminal. The staff, especially Suzanna, was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout my time there, making me feel welcomed.
The only drawback I experienced during my stay was the slight inconvenience of dragging my suitcase on the broken rock path in the yard. However, the distance was very short, so it didn't cause much trouble.

I had a great experience at the accommodation in Zadar. Suzanna, the host, was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. She was easy to reach and readily available for any requests. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like a hot shower, air conditioning, and heating. The location was perfect, as it was close to the bus station, making it convenient for trips to nearby national parks. The accommodation was also disabled-friendly, with ground floor rooms and a spacious shower that can accommodate wheelchairs.
Liked everything 😊

The location of the accommodation is very convenient as it is right by the main bus station, making it easy to transfer to and from the accommodation. the proximity to the bus station also means easy access to supermarkets and other amenities in the area. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
One negative aspect was the noisy room located next to a busy avenue, which could be bothersome to light sleepers.

Title: Fantastic stay, minus the "pleasant" surprises! Ah, nothing like the scent of dalmatian herbs on a heavenly 22cm mattress. A wide range of facilities and helpful staff made my stay a delight. The nearby cultural highlights and proximity to the bus station were a bonus!
Oh, how delightful it was to discover surprises like a tile floor, private entrance, and a lack of any mention of smoke-free environment! How lucky I felt to experience it all.
